1. Introduction
Welcome to IAMPRODUCER, a crowdfunding platform operated by ISH MYRA PRODUCER LLP ("we", "us", "our", or "the Company").
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the IAMPRODUCER Android application and website at https://iamproducer.in ("Platform").
By registering, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. About IAMPRODUCER
IAMPRODUCER is a platform designed to facilitate crowdfunding for film production and related creative projects.
The Platform allows eligible users to participate in film projects by contributing funds in accordance with the applicable project terms.
The minimum participation amount may begin from ₹1,000, equivalent to one ticket, unless otherwise specified for a particular project.
3. Crowdfunding for Film Production
Crowdfunding allows filmmakers and production teams to raise funds for film projects from multiple supporters or participants.
Funds raised through the Platform may be used for various stages of film production, including:
- Pre-production
- Casting and crew
- Shooting and production
- Post-production
- Music and sound
- Marketing and promotions
- Distribution
- Other legitimate production-related expenses
The availability of a project on the Platform does not constitute a guarantee that the project will be completed successfully or generate a financial return.
4. User Registration
To access certain features of IAMPRODUCER, you may be required to create an account.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and whenever your information changes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.
You must immediately notify us if you believe that your account has been accessed or used without your authorization.
5. Eligibility
Users must meet the eligibility requirements applicable to the Platform and the relevant project.
We may require users to complete identity verification, KYC, or other verification procedures before allowing participation in certain projects or transactions.
We reserve the right to refuse, restrict, suspend, or terminate access where required by applicable law or where verification requirements are not satisfied.
6. Investment / Ticket Participation
Where a film project offers participation through tickets or other permitted units, the applicable price and terms will be displayed on the Platform.
For applicable projects:
1 Ticket = ₹1,000
Users may purchase additional tickets based on the permitted limits and terms of the respective project.
The amount displayed before confirmation represents the amount payable for the selected number of tickets.
7. Investment Risk
Participation in film production involves financial and commercial risks.
Users acknowledge that:
- Film projects may not be completed as planned.
- A project may experience delays or additional expenses.
- A film may not achieve its expected commercial performance.
- The value or benefits associated with participation may vary.
- There is no guaranteed profit or return.
- Users may lose some or all of the amount contributed, depending on the structure and applicable terms of the project.
Users should carefully review the project information and applicable terms before making any financial decision.
8. No Guarantee of Returns
IAMPRODUCER and ISH MYRA PRODUCER LLP do not guarantee:
- Any fixed return
- Profit from a film project
- Appreciation in the value of any ticket or participation
- Recovery of the amount contributed
- Commercial success of a film
- Box-office performance
- Distribution or streaming revenue
- Any specific dividend, benefit, or payout
Any estimates, projections, expected revenues, or future performance information displayed on the Platform are not guarantees of actual results.
9. Project Information
Project details, including descriptions, budgets, production information, photographs, videos, expected timelines, and other information, may be provided by the relevant Producer or project team.
While reasonable efforts may be made to maintain accurate information, users should independently evaluate the information before participating.
Project information may change due to production requirements, market conditions, regulatory requirements, or other circumstances.
10. Payments
Payments made through IAMPRODUCER may be processed through authorised third-party payment gateway providers.
IAMPRODUCER does not request or store sensitive payment credentials such as card PINs, CVVs, UPI PINs, or banking passwords on its own servers.
Users must ensure that the payment method used belongs to them or that they are otherwise legally authorised to use it.
11. Transaction Confirmation
After a successful transaction, the Platform may provide a transaction confirmation, order ID, payment reference number, or other transaction details.
Users are responsible for reviewing their transaction information and reporting any discrepancy to us as soon as reasonably possible.
12. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on the specific project, transaction status, applicable project terms, and applicable law.
A completed transaction may not always be cancellable or refundable.
Where a refund is approved, the refund may be processed through the original payment method or another permitted method.
Refund processing times may depend on the payment gateway, bank, and other financial service providers.
13. KYC and Verification
IAMPRODUCER may require users, Producers, or other participants to provide identification and other documents for KYC, verification, compliance, or fraud-prevention purposes.
Users agree to provide genuine and accurate information.
Providing false, forged, misleading, or unauthorised documents may result in account suspension or termination and may be reported to the appropriate authorities where required.
14. Producer / Campaign Responsibilities
Producers using IAMPRODUCER are responsible for providing accurate information about their projects.
Producers must not:
- Provide false or misleading project information.
- Misrepresent expected returns or project performance.
- Use funds for unlawful purposes.
- Upload content that infringes third-party rights.
- Misuse funds raised through the Platform.
- Engage in fraudulent or deceptive activities.
The relevant Producer remains responsible for the information, representations, and obligations associated with their project, subject to applicable law and the agreements governing the project.
15. Use of Funds
Funds collected through a project should be used for the purposes disclosed for that project and in accordance with the applicable project terms and legal requirements.
Where required, the Company may request supporting information regarding the use of funds.
16. Prohibited Activities
Users must not use IAMPRODUCER for:
- Fraudulent activities
- Money laundering or other unlawful financial activities
- Identity theft or impersonation
- Providing false KYC information
- Unauthorised transactions
- Hacking or attempting to compromise the Platform
- Uploading malware or malicious content
- Infringing intellectual property rights
- Any activity prohibited under applicable law
We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities.
17. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, designs, software, text, graphics, photographs, videos, and other content belonging to IAMPRODUCER or ISH MYRA PRODUCER LLP are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit Platform content without prior written permission.
Project-specific content may belong to the respective Producer or rights holder.
18. Third-Party Services
IAMPRODUCER may use third-party services, including payment gateways, hosting providers, verification services, analytics providers, communication services, and other technology providers.
The use of such services may be subject to the respective third party's terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for interruptions or failures caused by third-party services beyond our reasonable control.
19. Platform Availability
We will make reasonable efforts to keep the Platform available and operational.
However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
The Platform may temporarily become unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, security incidents, network failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
20. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate a user's account if:
- The user violates these Terms.
- False or misleading information is provided.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
- KYC or verification requirements are not completed.
- The user's activities create a security or legal risk.
- Suspension or termination is required by law or an authority.
Termination of an account does not automatically cancel transactions or obligations that have already been completed or accrued, subject to applicable law and the relevant project terms.
21. Privacy
Your use of IAMPRODUCER is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect, and share personal information.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ISH MYRA PRODUCER LLP and IAMPRODUCER shall not be responsible for losses arising from:
- Investment or participation decisions made by users.
- Failure or delay of a film project.
- Commercial failure of a film.
- Market conditions.
- Third-party payment gateway failures.
- Internet or network interruptions.
- Unauthorised access caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Events beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
23. Force Majeure
We shall not be responsible for failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, war, civil disturbances, technical failures, internet outages, or other unforeseen events.
24. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, applicable laws, regulations, or business practices.
The updated Terms will be published on the Platform with the revised "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of the Platform after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, subject to applicable law.
25. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, subject to applicable law.

27. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, accessing, or using IAMPRODUCER, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
- You agree to comply with these Terms.
- The information provided by you is accurate.
- You understand that film-related crowdfunding involves risks.
- You understand that participation does not guarantee profit or returns.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the IAMPRODUCER Platform.
